DO NOT BUY THIS. It took over a month to ship. I repeatedly requested a refund, but they ignored me or claimed it had shipped while tracking showed no carrier acceptance. They also ignored my requests for proof. It eventually arrived damaged and feels extremely cheap for the price. You also have to download and load your own MP3 files onto the device. Terrible product and customer service. Total waste of money.
My magtunes immediately came loose form the magnet, falling and breaking.
I was able to put it back together, but now I cannot seem to get it to play. I keep getting the same error that the file cannot be played. I have tried all the troubleshooting I have found online thus far.
I have written the company many times to no avail.
This is the biggest piece of shit I have ever paid for and received.
It didn’t even arrive in the original box, as you advertised it would, but in a damaged cardboard box.
There are no songs on any of the tokens. Instead, the same number simply repeats depending on which token you put in to spin.
There isn’t even an option to add songs to the tokens because downloading the MP3 versions isn’t free.
I bought this for my daughter’s birthday.
So, basically, it’s the biggest piece of garbage and an absolute rip-off.
It doesn't work. There are no instructions. And it is jiggling like there are broken pieces inside. I've tried contacting them via their website but I think I've been scammed. Very upset.
Never worked. Tried to get a refund. They wanted a video of it not working. Sent the video and now the email keeps bouncing back. Did this company take the money and run?
